The agreement

These terms are between you and Viral Folder for viralfolder.com and the signed-in lab. By creating an account, or by continuing to use a paid plan, you agree to them. The Privacy policy explains personal data.

The service

Viral Folder helps you study public posts on TikTok, Instagram, and X, and turn what you find into ideas for your own posts. Public data can be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Scores, hooks, and briefs are suggestions for you to judge.

A result is not a promise that a post will be seen, will sell, or will follow a platform’s rules. You decide what to publish, and you are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you post on.

Accounts

Create an account only if you are 18 or older. Give an email you can access, and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete the account in Settings. That removes your Viral Folder data. Read the billing section before you delete a paid account.

Plans, payment, and cancellation

Prices are listed on the pricing page, in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout. Polar processes the payment. The Free plan needs no card. Plus and Pro are billed monthly or yearly. On a paid plan, the search allowance refills every month, including when you pay yearly.

Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage billing. You keep Plus or Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. That period is not refunded.

Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription and does not refund the current period. Cancel in Manage billing first if you do not want the plan to renew.

We may change prices or allowances. A price change applies to a later period, after it is shown on the pricing page. The period you already paid for keeps the price you paid.

Your content

You keep ownership of the briefs, ideas, files, and other material you submit. You give Viral Folder permission to host that material, show it back to you, and send it to the providers that run the service, including the writing model.

Upload only what you have the right to upload. Public posts shown in research stay the property of their creators. Use them as research for original work.

Acceptable use

Use Viral Folder for your own research and creative work. You agree that you will:

• follow the law, and respect other people’s rights
• keep the service within your own account, and not resell access to it
• avoid interfering with the site, probing accounts that are not yours, or overloading the service
• avoid uploading malware, or content you do not have the right to use

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we need to close to protect the service or other people.

AI writing

Generated text can be wrong, generic, or similar to something that already exists. Review it before you post it. If you connect your own model key, that provider’s terms apply to the requests sent with it.

Availability

We may change, pause, or remove features. Free allowances can change. We work to keep Viral Folder available, and access can still be interrupted by maintenance, a provider, or a fault.

If we stop a paid plan before the period you paid for has ended, and you have not broken these terms, email us and we will refund the unused part of that period.

Liability

Viral Folder is provided as available. To the extent Moroccan law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost reach, platform penalties, or decisions you make from research or generated text. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Moroccan law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. The courts of Morocco have jurisdiction.

When these terms change, we update the date at the top. If you keep using Viral Folder after that date, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel any paid plan and delete the account.
